Walsh Wednesday

Walsh Wednesday keeps reinventing itself! During this time of Covid-19, I did live streaming on YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram! Well, Walsh Wednesday is back in the form of The Reflective Series! This will include a lot of open, honest, and in-depth discussions in order to initiate a narrative towards unity and understanding. You can go to

to be directed to Castos, where you can listen and subscribe on your preferred platform, including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Google Play, Overcast, iHeart Radio and more, listen to the YouTube links provided below, along with old episodes.

Not exactly Walsh Wednesday, but I was commissioned to do a show similar to Walsh Wednesday. One thing that has continued to go on during this isolation is the arts and music.  St. Rose students have been doing phenomenally creating content, and we want to help have everyone’s voice heard!  St. Rose Rocks is a new webs series that provides music for the Golden Knights by the Golden Knights. If you have a talent or project you want showcased, or have an online event you want promoted, please let me know at walshc907@strose.edu.  Please enjoy the first episode, featuring my good friend, rapper/songwriter/producer, Isaiah Jet Vallejos. You guys are the reason why St. Rose Rocks.  Just because we are stuck inside doesn’t mean we can’t spend some time.
It’s been quite some time since I published a Walsh Wednesday, but with a new year and decade, what better time to get back into it! Here is to more to come! I hope these words may help at least one person.
